Hi, I’m Anna,
nice to meet you!
I am a trauma-informed, person-centred therapist with a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy. As a PACFA accredited practitioner, I am committed to ethical practice, providing a supportive environment where you will feel heard and understood.
I work collaboratively with each individual to provide therapy that is tailored to your needs and circumstances. Therapy is not a standardised process, and our work together is shaped around what is most relevant for you. I aim to meet you where you are, working at a pace that feels safe and respectful, without any pressure to go further than you’re ready.
I draw from several evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Attachment Theory, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Psychodynamic Interpersonal Therapy (PIT).
At the heart of my work is the belief that every person has the capacity for growth, resilience and healing. The goal of my practice is not only to support you through challenges, but also to equip you with the skills and strategies required to help yourself, long after therapy has ended.
